We require all of our guests to be on veterinarian approved flea prevention. This must be in topical or oral form-no flea collars except Seresto brand flea collars. If we find fleas on your pet we will administer flea control at an additional cost. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
In order to avoid upset tummies, we ask that you bring your pets regular food. We provide bedding, blankets, bowls, toys, etc. You are welcome to bring anything else from home that your pet may enjoy during their stay, however we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.
All guests must be in good health and free of any communicable condition. Pets who have been ill with a communicable condition within the last 30 days may require a written notice from their veterinarian, stating that the condition has been resolved.
If your pet has any serious medical condition/s, past or present, please provide us with a complete medical history so that we are aware of anything that may concern your pets overall health.
